Concentrates

Dry Food New Zealand has a low temperature evaporator with the ability to reduce the amount of water in liquids at medium range temperatures thereby protecting the organoleptic and functional qualities of the material being concentrated. The vacuum concentrator is commonly used to concentrate fruit and vegetable juices up to 5 times their starting concentration.
